About KCAB
Community, Culture, and Connection
In recent years, Berlin has seen a significant increase in professionals and students from Kerala, making it an important hub for the Malayalee community. What began with only a handful of families has now grown into a vibrant and expanding community.
The Kerala Cultural Association of Berlin e.V (KCAB) was formed to provide a platform for Malayalees to connect, support one another, and strengthen community bonds. It brings together families and individuals to promote cultural exchange, social interaction, and community engagement.
KCAB is a non-profit, non-religious, and non-political organization dedicated to enhancing the social and cultural life of Malayalees in Berlin and surrounding areas, while continuing Berlin’s proud Malayalee legacy, including hosting the first World Malayalam Conference in 1986.
